personally, I would like to complete my media coursework using the theme of horror as it is one that I an interested in and I have wide knowledge of what they are suppose to look and sound like.
I think horror is an excellent way to include different media platforms for example different shot types, camera movement and lighting.
I also chose horror as there are so many different story lines that you can create from that genre, also it will interest the audience, therefore I feel quite confident to be completing the film in that genre.
For example a lot of horror films have a twist in the film, this is effective in the industry and will appeal to target audience that like the adrenaline rush of not knowing what is going to happen next.
